  • 1.6 kg chicken breast
  • 900 g stewing beef
  • 800 g boneless chicken thighs
  • 500 g lean beef mince (5% fat)

Dairy

  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 150 g ricotta
  • 150 g light cream cheese
  • 100 g mozzarella
  • 80 g parmesan

Fruit & veg

  • 800 g potatoes
  • 400 g broccoli
  • 200 g red cabbage
  • 100 g spinach
  • 3 onions
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 garlic bulb
  • 1 thumb of ginger
  • 1 lime
